Promotions at Open Sky Group
Open Sky Group is excited and proud to announce the promotion of the following individuals:
Jeremy Hudson has been promoted to Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Jeremy has been instrumental in the successful implementation of JDA WMS at three major clients over the last two years, including Clemens Food Group. He is currently leading a large, multi-software implementation project for a third-party logistics company. In addition to these responsibilities, Jeremy plays a key role in our sales opportunities, successfully delivering WMS and WLM product demonstrations both domestically and internationally. He is also a prolific writer and is working to further build and polish his already solid presentation skills at industry events.
Susan Estes has been promoted to Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Susan played a major role in the Matson Logistics upgrade project last year. She plays a key role in many of our sales opportunities delivering WMS and Enhanced Client Billing product demonstrations, and managing to tailor each to our prospective customers, sometimes within very small time frames. Susan has been leading our Makita upgrade rollout since January of this year; there are two distribution centers live with two more slated for an upgrade by the end of the year.
Gordon Clark has been promoted to Senior Infrastructure Architect. Rather than be focused on any one client, Gordon’s work impacts almost all clients at Open Sky Group. He is one of our main “go-to” resources for infrastructure needs and is able to field the demands that area can bring with knowledge, experience, professionalism, and a lot of hard work, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning. Gordon is a key element for ensuring that we’re delivering on our promise to our customers.
Jeremy Carson has been promoted to Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Jeremy played a strategic role in a major WMS implementation project with a 3PL client and recently assisted in their massive twelve site upgrade. He has been an exemplary leader with another long-time 3PL client, educating and supporting the client with their WMS to rollout many of their retail customers and ensure all parties are happy with their software and results. Jeremy will be moving in to our Managed Support Services department in the coming months so that he can translate his excellent support skills across more clients.
Mike Bennett has been promoted to Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Mike successfully led the Matson Logistics upgrade project last year and has worked on several projects this year with JDA. He has also played a key role in our work with DSC Logistics. Mike is currently leading the Saint Gobain Abrasives Upgrade project which kicked off a few weeks ago and is scheduled for go live in February 2019.
