TAP offers customers deep, domain knowledge of and experience with Blue Yonder solutions globally.

eWave Mobile, HIT-Kody Kreskowe, Open Sky Group, and Socius24 announce the formation of The Alliance Partnership (TAP), a global coalition of partners who sell, implement and support Blue Yonder’s supply chain, planning and execution solutions.

With a combined team of more than 160 skilled and certified resources, TAP will have the reach, experience, and deep domain knowledge to sell, implement and support Blue Yonder solutions for local and global customers. TAP will provide customers with flexible project delivery expertise and access to an interconnected partner ecosystem to fully leverage their investment across Blue Yonder’s solutions, including LuminateTM Logistics, Luminate Planning, and Luminate Control Tower.

“Being able to offer our customers a wide range of Blue Yonder software solutions, almost anywhere in the world, is a real advantage to the market. Having established many successful partnerships, I am all too aware of the value of skilled local expertise. When resources can then be shared across the regions or projects, it is the customers who truly benefit,” said Craig Jones, Joint Managing Partner at Socius24.

TAP will provide the complete package from pre-sales, software, and hardware product demonstrations, implementation, consultancy, best practice, configuration, product expertise, installation, testing, training, project management, pre/post system go-live through to on-going support, future upgrades, and continued process improvements.

TAP will also provide an array of additional products either as standalone or as an add-on to Blue Yonder’s solutions. These include: enhanced client billing, voice vendor adapters, Dispatcher WMS User Service Portal (USP), system support monitoring and alerting tools, and interface toolkits to a wide variety of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) manufacturers and suppliers.

Each TAP member is an independent Blue Yonder Sales and Services Alliance partner servicing territories across the following geographical regions: North America, Southern Africa, Europe, Russia/CIS, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Curt Sardeson, CEO of Open Sky Group added: “This alliance further strengthens Open Sky Group’s global reach into markets that will be served well working with local, trusted partners. We are excited to be a founding member of this group and we think our clients will be excited about leveraging our extended reach.”

Craig Jones, Joint Managing Partner at Socius24 concluded: “Socius24 works in Partnership with Blue Yonder, our fellow Sales and Services Alliance Partners and our collective customers across the globe. It has long been our vision to bring the ‘best of the best’ organisations into a ‘Partnership Alliance’. Our mission is to deliver world-class products and services to as many businesses that can benefit from our unique position. To now be able to access more than two dozen Blue Yonder or Partner-created Supply Chain, Retail, Warehousing and Labour software solutions is a real game-changer. Everyone can now ‘TAP’ into the Partner ecosystem and drive your business forward with ‘The Alliance Partnership”.
