ECB delivered a configurable, end-to-end billing solution that integrated seamlessly with Arcadia’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), streamlining even the most complex billing scenarios. The Challenge

Arcadia Cold identified a critical business need: while their WMS offered powerful warehouse management capabilities, it lacked integrated billing functionality. With over 120 customers per facility and increasing complexity in billing scenarios, Arcadia required a scalable solution to:

  • Accurately calculate and recognize revenue across multiple warehouses
  • Seamlessly integrate with their WMS
  • Support complex, client-specific billing scenarios
  • Deliver real-time visibility into billing data and exceptions

The Solution

  • Installation, infrastructure setup, and ongoing patch management (on their private cloud)
  • End-to-end deployment of ECB across six warehouses, with the seventh location on track, all within 2.5 years
  • A seamless integration with Arcadia’s WMS
  • Custom development of Deferred Billing functionality to meet unique business needs
